INNOVATIC Engineering, with its technological infrastructure and experienced staff, produces engineering solutions for the defense, automotive, medical and jewelry industries with its unique electro-optical designs in the fields of project management, computer-aided engineering (CAD & CAE), electrical & electronic design, documentation, software and integration. It has completed electro-optical and electro-mechanical designs in many different R&D projects and produced devices that have turned into mass production.
Engineering
INNOVATIC is a company that provides solutions to its customers in all engineering processes from idea to product. Our company operates in Teknopark Ankara Teknokent Campus and works with expert engineer teams for the design and production of Electro-Optical, Optical-Optomechanical and Electro-Mechanical products.
Our technological infrastructure is specially planned for clean production areas and products that require precision manufacturing. INNOVATIC aims to reduce the foreign dependency of its stakeholders with the awareness of Nationalization obligation and carries out its design and production activities in accordance with military standards such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461. In addition to services such as Optical System Design, Mechanical System Design, Electro-Optical Device Design, Optical-Optomechanical Design and Electro-Mechanical Design, Technical Documentation, Structural, Strength and Fatigue Analyses, Multi-Body Dynamic Simulations, Vibration Analyses and Test Services are also provided for customer requirements.
Design
Working with teams of engineers specialized in the design processes of Electro-Optical, Optical-Optomechanical and Electro-Mechanical products and utilizing every component of technology in the design processes, INNOVATIC supports challenging electro-optical designs with its computer-aided software infrastructure.
The Mechanical, Optical and Electro-Optical Laboratories within our company are carefully planned to verify designs and monitor quality processes. Production
INNOVATIC aims to bring new technologies and products to the country by adopting the importance of domestic and national production in the field of production. Products developed with this motivation are offered to the world market. With our long years of experience and specialized human resources, our production processes are progressing strongly.
Production processes are recorded in accordance with product guidelines. Within INNOVATIC, Electro-Optical, Electro-Mechanical and Optical-Optomechanical production technologies are focused and designed in detail. Specially allocated production areas are specifically dedicated to the production of Electro-Optical and Optical-Optomechanical Devices. In processes such as the production of sub-part mechanics and metal surface coating, our customers are able to receive their products on time thanks to the mechanical processing and metal surface coating companies we cooperate with.
Product Development
INNOVATIC takes an approach that attaches great importance to every stage of the product development process. Especially in Optical and Electro-Optical Systems, the prototype production and pilot production phases must be fully and completely implemented.
INNOVATIC Product Development Unit performs the initial verification of prototypes and devices and revises technical documents by making necessary design/production improvements. It works in close cooperation with the Quality Unit to ensure the production of new products. When the pilot production phase is initiated, a determined amount of production is realized and production/design improvements are made together with the quality unit. The pilot production process is repeated in order for the final product to reach perfection. Makes revisions to technical documents by making production improvements.
